New handrails and tiling to the front and back verandahs
Our clients dreamed of a luxury look that was practical for family living. The renovation was designed with a Hampton’s Luxe style combining a mix of both formal and open plan rooms to suit their taste and lifestyle. The downstairs level of the house was extensively modified with steel beams added to facilitate the moving of several walls to accommodate a new formal lounge with fireplace and dining area. French doors throughout allowed plenty of natural light into the home and with the open plan areas including the new stunning Hamptons kitchen and casual living areas to be the main hub for their young family.
