Aaron has been amazing, always on top of everything and making sure all our questions, concerns and any enquires are answered to the best of his ability, it really made us feel very excited and confident on the build, especially knowing he’s always able to help us out with any request and always will get an honest/genuine response. You can really see he values his customers by always taking his time and explaining things in great detail. Nothing was too small.

Second Storey Addition and Renovation

Ground Floor:
Demolish several walls to make way for the staircase and create a larger master bedroom with walk in robe.

First Floor:

2 new bedrooms with built in robes
New toilet
New bathroom with large storage cupboards
New lounge room

Our clients needed more space as their children grew up and family life created the need for a different layout within the existing house. The location of the home was ideal with just a short walk to the beach and local school the decision was made to extend rather than move. Wanting to maintain the existing outdoor living and recreational space the best option was to go up and create a full second storey. Adding the upstairs area effectively doubled the size of the original home by adding 2 bedrooms a large bathroom with separate toilet and a second lounge/rumpus area for the children to play and watch TV.
