With a growing family Alex and Catherine needed more space but didn’t want to move out of the area they loved. The solution was to make the existing space under the house liveable by raising it just over 1m which allowed them to double their current living space. The addition of the covered deck on the first floor provided them with the perfect outdoor area to BBQ and relax while enjoying the cool sea breezes.
